The number one question that is asked: “are you local?” We say…that’s complicated.
In reality, we work in over 40 cities across the country. All of our technicians are always local to the area in which they work. As a company, however, our offices are based outside of Memphis, TN.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in the home service business since 1999
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry 2 million in general liability and we also carry workmans comp
How do you clean gutters?
That depends on the job. We clean by hand and we use tools such as a trowel, blower, plumbers snake, etc. In short, we use what is required to get the job done efficiently, thoroughly, and quickly.
Do you provide a warranty?
We guarantee the work for a full 30 days. If you experience any difficulties with your guttering during that time, just email us and we will send someone out there to get it taken care of free of charge.
Can I pay online?
Yes you can. In fact, that is the only way you can pay.
What payment forms do you accept?
All major credit cards. We DO NOT ACCEPT cash or checks.
Why No Phone Number?
The reason is because we don’t talk on the phone. You can read more about our “online only policy” here and how it benefits our customers with lowers prices and our tech’s with higher wages.
Do I need to be home for the service?
Not unless you desire to be or there is a need to give us access to a certain portion of your home. We will take care of the work, let you know we were there, and email you an invoice once the work is completed.
Why don’t you give exact arrival times/dates?
To keep prices low, we have to batch schedule our work. We have to make it work for our schedule or we would need to raise the prices by at least 25% to our customers because of loss productivity and extra costs.
Do you clean up after you are done?
Yes, we clean up after we have finished with the cleaning.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?

Will you match prices?
No, we do not.
Do you offer discounts for (fill in the blank)?
No, we do not.
Do you provide repair services?
No, we do not. We only clean gutters. However, you may contract out with your technician to do any repair services that might be needed.
Will you bag any debris and remove it?
Sure, that is an option you can select during the quote process.
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
Twice a year is recommended with some homes requiring more frequent service than that (excessive amounts of trees in the area).
Do you provide gutter screens/covers/helmets?
No, we do not
Why don’t you provide gutter screens/covers/helmets?
Because they don’t work and they are a royal pain to clean out from underneath (yes, they still have to be cleaned).
Will I receive a call the day of the service to confirm?
No, we only work via email (you will receive an email confirming a tentative date of the cleaning).
